so after being in new york for a couple weeks, i find as soon as i get home that my mom "did me a favor" by washing my apc's IN THE FUCKING WASHING MACHINE when i was gone. they shrunk about 3 sizes and are beyond
re-stretchable.. looks like i have to buy another pair and start all over again..

what do you guys think of the fit? size 30 petite new standards, sized down 2. after wearing for 2 days, i think i coudlve sized down 1 more possibly, though the petite standards wouldn't button for me in size 30 so i didn't want to bother trying the 29 for PNS.
What's your true waist size?
between 32 and 33
any plans on hemming or tapering them? i own a PS in sz 30s and i feel that its too long and/or not tapered enough
Nope, I plan to keep them as is. I have the PNS which are a little bit shorter than the PS.

Quick question about inseam- if waist sizes 25-30 come with an inseam of 32-34 does this mean I can opt for either an inseam of 32 or 34 in this size range? Or is it just the smaller sizes that go down to a 32 inseam ? I'm 5'4 and worried about the 34 inseam and paranoid about getting them hemmed lol. I also want them to be long enough to stack, but not too long, around 31-32 inseam.

Hey everyone just have a question about what fit I should get...I do like a straight leg fit, so I'm choosing between rescues or new standards. I usually wear 505, 501 or 516 in Levis. the 516 is essentially just a 505 that sits at the waist i believe and the 501 is a 505 with a button fly i believe also. But anyways I just don't want NS to be to skinny and the rescues to be too baggy. 516 say they are slim straight but but fit my like a normal straight leg. I love the way my 516s fit, so could anyone help me out on which fit I should get? thanks

I just got my petite standards in size 28, they fit just perfect. Should I exchange them for a 27 because they will most likely stretch a ton.

I got my PS about 2 weeks ago, and they seemed to fit well right out of the packaging, but after 2 weeks of breaking them I found that they're a little wide around the knee/ calf area. Its not that big of a deal, but I'd be willing to spend a little extra cash to get them tapered if that would help. So I was basically just wondering, should I get them tapered? Should I just wear em?

They look like New Standards to be honest. I would honestly try to sell those and recoup some of your money and buy a new pair in your proper size. Taking selvedge denim to a tailor is risky honestly if you want to preserve the selvedge line and still have a good fit. What's your height/weight and what size are those if you don't mind me asking?

6'4 175 lbs, TTS waste is 34, bought these in 32....

I know tailoring can be risky with the selvedge, but I heard some tailors can taper on the inseam and preserve the line

I'm sure this has been asked before. But I want a pair of PS. My waist size is a 30, I buy shorts and pants in 30. What size should I get? 28 or 29? I don't want to go to big and have them stretch out so much that they look sloppy. But also don't want them to be jeggings.

I have a true waist size of 29.5 and wanted to get a pair of NS that fit similarly to NC through the thigh and leg. Should I pick up a size 26 or 25?

I have a size 29-30 waist and am planning on grabbing a pair of PS. I tried on a 28 and while the jeans were tight I could button up all the buttons with little effort. Should I be considering a 27? I've read the jeans don't stretch much in the legs but a huge amount in the waist. Is 28 enough?

Denim purchased from the APC store in London would probly cost more verses buying a pair in store here in the states right?  Store by me has em for $185 but gonna be moving to London for the year in 2 weeks
