nah the Petit standard is already a well... a petit version of the new standard, hence being called petit standard. Some sites just list them as different names. If you show me evidence that there are 2 different models then fair enough I'll admit I'm wrong but until then ....

I've still not seen a pair of these so called 'petit new standards' online or any fit pics, just seems bizarre to have a whole new cut that's so similar to cuts they already offer

fwiw, that RAWR denim site was horrible when it first started. tons of misinformation, typos, and opinions. It looks to be much more developed now, but just saying it's not really a trustworthy source for something so specific like this.

Is there anywhere to find APCs for girls? Ive tried Barneys Coop and Nordstrums but I cant seem to find any for my girlfriend. Shes fiending to get a pair. Also, I live in california so I cant go to the APC NYC store... 
just buy petite standards or even new cures

1) - Theyre Probably yours but you stopped wearing them due to insecurity
2) - Even if they are your sisters, APC have femme and homme cuts of jeans - congratulations

Evening all. I finally bought some PS's from endclothing. They weighed in at £89 which is £30 cheaper than normal so I am very pleased. I am usually a 33 inch waist but sized down to 31 inch. I couldn't fasten the top three buttons of the 30's. They fit pretty tight in the clems but are already loosening up after a couple of days of wearing. Cheers to those who have offered sage advice. If anyone else is wondering about sizing, just try some on and get the ones where you can just about do up the top button.

Word, that pic is NS 27. Are you saying size down to 26 because they're too loose? And you think PS might look better on me? The store didn't have PS to try on which sucks, so I'm just gonna have to end up orderin online once I decide what size and cut..

^ If your going with NS then yeah defiantly size down to a 26, will be an overall slimmer/cleaner looking fit and of course they stretch a bit so they will only get baggier from here on. 

And I'm sure petit standards would work too, just obviously won't have to size down as much, beware tho the Petit standard has a really small rise

How did you size on them?

My Petit new standards were super tight at first but the stitches never turned white. They fit nice now btw

thanks. they were never super tight like they were always comfortable from the knee down, just a little bit tight in the thighs. These fuckers better nor rip
