I'm currently on a ps 28, and the one year mark is coming around the corner. i kinda wanna wash but scared it'll stretch even more and lose its ideal fit that it has at the moment. should i just do a warm soak/wash to prevent the least stretch? not really sure what kinda wash/soak to do.


Denim will shrink a little bit when coming into contact with water. The hotter the soak, the more it will shrink, and vice versa.

Warm soaks=more shinkage. Do a cold soak if you want minimal shrink.

Size 28 Petit Standards. My true waist size is 30. I could button these up pretty easily, and they fit nice around the calves, but my thunder thighs look horrendous in them. Is there any hope of the denim stretching or should I just exchange the jeans for a size 29 or 30?


that's a good fit. I'm a 30 myself and after a month or so the jeans have molded to my body and are very comfortable. Waist measures at 30 now.

So im 30x31, should i get a size 29? I had a pair of NF WG in size 29 hemmed down to 31.5 inseam but the fit seemed kinda of baggy. I am now looking to buy a another pair of raw denim. Which style of APC? Was thinking petit standards.

27-28. I'm a 30.5 waist sized down to a 27 and after 3-4 months I find the fit is on the border of becoming too baggy. But it all comes down to the actual size of your legs not just the waist

Can someone possibly post some measurements of a worn 30 or 31 Petit Standard? Mainly the thigh, knee, and leg opening if posible.


This. I got a 32 in PS two months ago and they're extremely loose all around. I wanna get a new pair in either 30 or 31

Hi guys. I bought a pair of the black noir APC NS size 27 trying to size down three. However, after wearing them around a bit they are still terribly uncomfortable for me. Is there anyone who wants to trade for a pair of indigo NS size 28 or 29? They have not been washed and only show signs of minor wear. I'll also throw in a pair of pre-washed nudie slim jims size 28 in addition to the APCs. PM me if you are interested. Thank you!

black raws fade really slow compared to the indigo. its almost 2-3x slower for wear.
