APC New Standards sz 27 that I had picked up from my buddy last week. Not sure on how I feel about the fit of the NS. Was thinking of getting them tapered to fit more like PS? Thoughts?

i have thunder thighs and a 33 fits me perfectly. you could size down to 32 if you pushed it.

shit lol, rule of thumb is to generally be able to button the first two when you first buy them....

Yes generally the guideline was 2 buttons.
Was able to button the 3rd one though the denim was still stiff.
Ill try pushing it... See how it goes lololol

No you can't get them at the mall unless it's like a high end mall. Normally some boutiques will sell them. Nordstroms online sells them so you might be able to find them at certain ones. Barneys sells them. See if you can find a dealer from APC's site or just order online

Washed my New Standards for the first time today. They've been hot soaked twice. Used regular Sunlight detergent. I've had them for a year, but collectively worn for about 9 months.
