Bro I said a lil baggy. I dont want no skin tight homo cut hugging up on my nuts. Just that for the past year, I have been breaking in these Rescues and the fit doesn't look right to me and I'm asking for advice on sizing up. I'm a big guy and skinny jeans aint my thing if you feel me. These are a 31 but my true waist is 34 and while the waist has stretched out, proportions just aren't on point I think.

Idk dude maybe those are already lookin baggy to me cuz of the Jordans but if your insisting ons sizing up I wouldn't go more than 2. Anymore than that and your gonna have a sloppy fit.

If your true waist is a 34, you can probably size up one if you feel the fit is too slim. As APCs are vanity sized, 32 should be fine.

I've had these Rescues for a year. I sized down from my actual (34-36 loose fitting-ish) to a 31 (in APC Rescues) b/c this is my first pair of raw jeans and I was told to do so, cuz they stretch out. THEY AINT STRETCHED OUT. lol Not for me at least!

Should I try sizing up? plannin to sell these and maybe size up on the Rescues (from 31 to maybe going for 33 or 34), or opt for a diff brand. My fat ass just ain't lookin good in these with most of my clothes. Suggestions on sizing up and/or experimenting with another brand fitting for my stature?

they havent stretched because there is no tension due to the relaxed fit you have. Stretching only occurs in areas where the denim is strained. Idk why you would want to go any baggier though they dont look that tight at all, and I think its a good fit for a big guy. But yes sizing up will make them baggier and again they wont stretch, but the waist might become a problem

the fit is bad because your jeans need a hem. if you size up, go no larger than a 32. just hem those and you should be fine though.

bitch.

you dudes are putting too much thought into this shit...
the above fit looks straight, if dude wants to size up, let him size up. it's him wearing the jeans, not you.

In a dilemma.

I owned a pair of NS before and I sized down 2. After a little, I felt they were too baggy on me and I never wore them again.

Now I'm interested in getting PS. Should I size down 2 again or should I go 3? I understand they will stretch a lot which is why I'm considering sizing down 3 but I don't want them to be too skinny. I'd maybe like them to fit like the Nudie thin finns.

what the....i don't own apc's but i've read a bunch of peoples fit questions on this thread and i can tell you that the PS and NS are different fits...if i'm not mistaken the PS is a tapered cut so sizing down 3 would be fuken brutal. If i were you i'd only size down 1 from my true waist or not size down at all...you have to understand that stretching only occurs through tension so if you go true to size it wont stretch that much and you'll end up with a comfortable fit

So I should just size down one then huh... I'd like a little bit of stretch but I don't want the jeans to be skin tight. I'm just afraid of not sizing down because everything I've read is telling me to size down at least 2.

If you want the jeans to be perfect once you get them then size down 2. If you size down 1 the jeans will be 1 inch bigger than your actual waist size. Since APC's are vanity sized (tagged sizes are 2 numbers under their measurements).

put said shoes on, re-take fit pic. it's easier to judge length in an example of what you are talking about.

If I go with TTS PS instead of NS sized down 2, what will the fit differences be?

if im a size 30 or 31 waist regularly but a size 32 waist is comfortable in normal jeans, and i wear a 32 length. if i get a pair of petit standards in size 29 will they be okay? i dont want them too tight but from what i'm reading they will stretch out substancially and that they run big as is.

If you are a true 30-31 but wear a 32 in jeans because they are more comfortable it seems to me that you like a looser fitting jean. If that is true you should definitely not get the PS because they are the skinniest pair APC makes. Id suggest getting a size 30-31 new standard.
