Denimworld: If u looked at advice through out this thread u would have seen not to size APC off other denim.. PS's are the worse to size wrong because of the tapered bottom.. Cause if u size down to much the leg opening/calf area will be WAY to tight! All u can do now is try to sell em for what u paid..

yah. i'm kinda regretting sizing down so muh, but my thigh with my phone in it has stretched a little, but is still damn tight, but my right thigh has not really stretched at all. kind of weird, but i'll see what's going to happen. yah the leg opening/ calf area is very tight. some breathing room, but it's bad. i'll post a pic later.

is there a way to reduce the size of knee bulges?
i got my APCs soaked in the rain while biking the other day, on accident. now the bulges just look retarded.

I really don't think so. But give it a few days and I'm sure it will settle.

Thinking about getting my New Standards hemmed. I'm 6ft 158lbs. All those stacks at the bottom make me look like I failed the 12th grade. Is hemming 2 inches too much?

I agree, I'm the same height as you and the jeans need to be that long. If you sit down with anything shorter and your'e showing past your ankles.

I'm only 5'7" .... so hem to about.. 32? good idea or just let it stack? And quick Q, would NC-2 or NS-3 be closer to a Levi's511 fit? Ive been wearing Nudie TF, and theyre getting a bit too tight. Hoping to pick up a new pair of APC's soon.

^ Down 1 NC is prolly the closest to a levi 511.. Wont fit exactly like em cause they are cut differently but it would be your closest in apc..

Also im 6' and i hem my 34+, only cause i hate to much stacking on denim..

Just sayin, for New yorkers, it is $141.74 I don't know about anywhere else though... Not THAT great of a deal IMO, but a deal nonetheless.

^ First there is no such thing as proper care.. You just wear em!

Second, go to apc.fr to see all the cuts

Third, choose what cut u like and look through this thread for sizing on em..

smh.
NS's are fine, but they are FAR from being "one of the best pair of quality jeans."

I'd much rather have 2 more inches on the inseam and about 4+ oz's in my denim.

The New Standard cut is one of the most generic cuts possible.
