apc washing guide
Anybody have any good tips for washing APCs? I've had mine since last October (not worn everyday...) and its time for a wash. They fall into the absolutely filthy category, so I need to wash in a manner that will kill off any parasites.

If they weren't gross, I would go a month or two more. Also, I think the groin is about to tear, so I guess its time for a wash


use lysol and then quick hot water dip should be fine.

I have NS size 29. I'm looking to get a more ps taper than what thy currently have. Has anyone done this and has some info that I could give to the tailor?

tell your tailor to taper all the way from thigh to the hemp, other wise it'll look like an inverted cone.

Need some help, I bought a pair of PS sz.28 and they were way to tight so I will be switching to New Standards. Im about to order some New Standards but not exactly sure which size to order. Debating weather to order a size 28 or 29. Im 6' 147 and am looking for a new pair to fit like this:


Well first off what's your TS, cause its kinda hard to help you if you only list your height+weight. Cause I'm 5'7-ish and 150 and I went with a 29, I could've went down a size or two.

If you want a slim look like that you should go down 2 sizes from your ts. ie: ts:30 go with a 28 or 27 tagged NS.

There's size charts too you just gotta look for em. G'luck ma ♥♥♥♥♥

Im a 31 in LVC Saddlemans and 30 in Jcrew urban slim fit. I just measured 2 inches down from my belly button and around my waist measures 31.5in.

i just bought a pair of PS size 29 and i was wondering how long it takes for them to stretch out because i can button the top two buttons, is that okay?

when i bought my ps's i also bought a size 29 (im a 30) but they fit too well at first so i traded them in for a size 28 and it stretched out in a few days and im loving the fit right now. if youre not having any trouble buttoning them up when theyre brand new you probably need to size down again.

just a quick question so i got apc petit standards around during june...after a month my mom washed my apc without my knowledge...ive been wearing them since..and the fades are really light and not very constrasted..did that wash screwed up the whole breaking and fading process?i heard washing your jeans washes away the starch and all that raw goodness -_-...
i might get new standards too ...how much should i size down..

LOL no man washing dosent fuck up anything, if you wash too much it will leave you with non contrasted jeans, one wash isnt going to hurt, The only thing you lost is the stiffness which you can buy spray starch for 2$ and there ya go

oh sick..so i just spray this quick starch...what does stiffness do anyways? thanks for the help
