Hey guys! I recently got my APC new standards in size 31, I was wondering ( since apc stretch so much ) if I should size down one or even two to get a slightly slimmer fit after stretching.

PS I really like the lower rise on these compared to my pair of nudie average joes!

Getting some APC's next week, if im 5'7-5'9 (not sure lol) and around 150 pounds and looking for some NS, what size should i get, and how should they feel when i try them on at the store? should i be able to button them up all the way by sizing down 2?

ur specs r pretty much identical to mine and i wear 26-27 NS with a 28-30 true waist. U shouldnt b able to button all the way up when u first buy them a good fit is about 2-3 buttons up pre-stretch

I bought a pair of size 32 NS and hated it. too baggy and not tapered enough. I tried on a pair of used and washed size 30 NS and it fit better, but again, not tapered enough. What do you guys recommend?

i am 5'10", 170 lbs, size medium t-shirts, and can fit between a 33 and 34 and want this type of look:

in this picture, i am wearing size 33 levis 511, sagging too

my true waist is about a 32.5 ish and the size 31 is fairly easy to button up all the way 4 buttons. My thigh area has about an inch of space if i pick it from the sides..as in half and inch of fabric on front and back, its okay. Below the knee I would like it just a tad slimmer, should I do a size 30 or even a 29..29 seems deadly though haha

oh yea and in nudies average joe I wear a size 32

Sorry to not recommend APC's but go for Naked & Famous Weird Guys, you said you liked the fit I had & we have similar body types.
Also the Weird Guys have a 7.5" taper, so they could be what you're looking for.

soaking gets rid of some of the indigo so looking lighter is a given, get tag pics and pics of teh selvage line


aight heres the situation, this dude is selling some NC and he said they are brand new never worn besides a presoak. What effect does the presoak have on the jeans? cuz in the pictures they look a lil off and he said it was due to the lighting, because in the pics the indigo looks lighter. you guys think i should get it or no?

why dont u just wait when someone sells some lightly used ones
it may be a little more but at least they wont look all faded

typically size down 2 for all, but

APC
nc=tight -1slim -2Skinny
NS=Slim -2Slim, -3Skinny, -1Relaxed
ps=NC but tapered and roomy thighs
Rescues=some people say regular fit.

lol yeah something is wrong, maybe soak your jeans? i wore 511s for 4 months straight and i got fades.

Lol Levi's 511s? Those will basically never fade or will take FOREVER, they're not raw.

APCs however shouldn't take that long, there's something wrong.. soak or no soak if you been wearing them for 10 months there should be fading.
