LMFAO shun. I don't think anyone was expecting "FUCK 'EM" all over the back pockets.
Honestly it is pretty dumb, the addition they made is too minimal, they just basically stitched the word "FUCK 'EM" & added a pin & shit.

But all to their own.

hey guys just a quick question!

so I went to my local APC retailer and tried on some APC new standards. I found size 31 to just fit me. Like...as in I could button all the way up. This size was 31 and my waist is around 33 so that would be size 2 down. Now, am I supposed to choose the one which I can only button up 3/4 of the buttons?

Basically, I am asking for a slim fit, do I get the pair that initially I cannot button it all the way up or pick the smallest size which allows me to button all the way?

thanks guys!

^^ My waist is a 31 and I ordered 29. when I got them I could button all the buttons, and the cut wasn't as slim as I would have liked. Id say go down one more.

Here's a fit pic from today....

I am not an expert but if you can button all 4 buttons then that's great, should mean you chose the right size. But check in the mirror & ask to yourself if it is too loose. If it is too loose then most likely it will stretch out to get even looser which more likely will be a baggy fit. But if you feel comfortable going 3 sizes down then go ahead, it will make it an even more slimmer fit & most likely will stretch out to where you can button the last button.

I honestly wish I lived near retailers that sold APC's or any other nice raw jeans so I can do the same.

@graybill those do look too loose, they'll probably stretch out even more, have you tried returning them?

hey, thanks guys for the replys, also the general concensus is that we do not have to soak them initially correct? And will I need to buy a can of starch to spray or is that stupid =P

and, does anyone know how the apc ns fit compares to skulls 5010xx of the same size...i'm assuming like apc NS sz 31 = skull 5010xx sz 33?

What size should I get? I wear 36 in Levi's (511, 501, 505)

A.P.C New Standards....

Size 34 for sure but u might even get away with a size 33. I went with 34 and they stretched out a lil baggy....

Yeah if I was going to get New Standards I would probably go down 3 just because of the stretching.

When soaking your jeans, do you flip them inside out? Also, is it suppose to be in hot water, warm water, or cold water? And how long should they be soaked for? I'm trying to shrink it a bit, stretched out a little more than my liking

I'm two months in on them. Cant return them now. I'll size down 3 my next pair or go with PS.

Anyone have the picture of the three cuts?

Showed them basically stacked on eachother. Can't find it.

According to contextclothing the measurements say that Petites are
are tighter than new cures. Is this correct? Everyone has been saying
that new cures are...

So I got some New Cures and they've been the shit. It's been about 7 months since I got them, and I want to get my second pair. This time i want to go with something thats a little tighter fitting.. so should I go with PS or just size down 1 more? Btw i'm normally 34 and have 32 NCs.

^NC r the tightest cut, so ur only option for a tighter fit is sizing down more on NC, PS only have a tighter bottom block because of the more extreme taper

Where them around the house and while you sleep for a week or 2 and they will stretch
