Just bought my first pair of APCs. Really unimpressed with the quality. They're thinner than standard Levis. Do I have to go spend $300 to get a real quality pair of jeans?


^^ definately not, just because they are thinner does not mean they are substandard. standard levis can't compare to apc's in fading and overall construction. not to mention apc's four cuts fit way better than the slew of "standard" levis out there.

Hmm maybe what the pic I posted was a bad example of what I want. I want a more straight leg action going on rather than a slim thing.

Acquistion's pair is something I don't want as I want my stuff straight not really slim.
idk but that's what I'm really trying to avoid if I get a pair.

true bro, they maybe heavier but that doesn't mean they will be more durable. plus you got to factor in summer, 15oz and above is like putting your balls in an oven in the summer. some people would contest that apcs have better quality than diors. so $300 on denim ain't naturally a good choice, just wear them shits out.

Returned these NC 31. My true waist size is a 33. These were not tight on my waist but tight on the other areas. I felt maaad stiff when I was tryna walk.

i think we have similar body sizes. i like my NS 30. i sized down 2 as well. only thing is i wish it was tighter aroudn my thighs. i might get PS 30 next time

You must have a very odd build... if I were you I would have kept them, my NC's stretched in all areas that used to be tight. Wait, are all of those buttons fastened?

truth, new cures sized down two should have been fine. initially, mine sized down two had an actual waist of 28, i measured the waist on the jeans after about six months and they are approximately 31.5 inches. shoulda given em a chance imo, shoulda buttoned them all the way up and walked around to stretch them bitches.

seeing this as a fairly new pair.. im pretty sure it'll stretch.. whatever that was tight then won't be as tight after a solid week of wear..

Ok there finally dry. Result didn't turn out liked I hope lol but meh it looks decent. Expected more fades from the honeycombs but only came out little razz. I'll try to take more detailed pics later on.

im starting to hate the cell phone and wallet fades, makes the denim look tacky, it just doesn't look natural, all other fades im down with, but w/e , no hate

I'm 4 months in and it doesn't smell or have any dirt on them yet and I wear them 4 times a week. I'm planning to do at least another 4 months and if it goes well (no stench and no dirt), I'll extend it to a year hopefully. Good thing I have a brand new pair of Nudies into my rotation now.

I agree. I started keeping my cell in my backpack or if i dont have my backpack i usually just hold it haha
