are the new cures just in general a tighter fit? or are they just more tapered near the bottom.
the new standards are still a slim fit though?

new cures are non-selvedge, with a tapered leg below the knees.
new standards can be slim or baggy depending if you size down or size up

im looking for a fit similiar to this, but maybe a litlte bit looser (after stretching.)
i wear a 29, would you guys recommend a 27? and a fit alittle looser then this, would you guys recommend New Cures or New Standards

Those are New Cures, so if you are looking for that fit go with New Cures size down 1.

knees and up, probably quite a bit. knees down, not much.

I've got my New Standard(Waist 31)
I feel a bit roomy(waist)....and my waist is about 31.5-32
But NS Waist 30 is sold out in Hong Kong
Should I exchange a W29??
OR just rock with a belt?

yeah go for a 29, the will fit you perfect once you break them in

HELP!
I've had my apc jeans for about a month but only worn them around 10 times... Just yesterday, It was accidently thrown into the wash! What can I do? Would they still crease in the same way? Is there hope!?!?!?

Btw, It was machine washed but air dried.

yes they feel softer because you got rid of the starch. there is still plenty of indigo after a wash to produce nice fades. your jeans will continue to fade for many washes it is just ideal to space the washes out as much as possible to produce high contrast fades. don't fret because the first wash came early, it should just be one of many in the future. if you want some stiffness back buy some spray starch and apply it thick.

hmm i'm seeing alot of contradictions so i figure i'll just ask i'm looking at a pair of rescues i usually wear a 36w would you recommend a sz 35 or a 34, mind you i want these to fit alittle baggy

edit: this may be a stupid question but i want to confirm, when it says sz 35,36 etc it means us waist size right?, i noticed this is a european site so i wanted to make sure i didn't end up buying a sz34 and it turns out to be a 38 waist or something crazy

An inch in the U.S is the same as in France, Africa, Asia and anywhere else in the world. So a 36 inch waist on the APC website would be the same in the states.

i ordered mine from denimbar, i sent them back and they are just gonna send me out another pair. Takes a little longer but it's worth it for decent denim.
