Is the Tight Unwashed Jean similar in fit to the Levi's 511?

I wear a 31 waist in 511's, and looking for a CM fit that is similar.

Thoughts on which model and what waist size I should go with?

Is the Tight Unwashed Jean similar in fit to the Levi's 511?

I wear a 31 waist in 511's, and looking for a CM fit that is similar.

Thoughts on which model and what waist size I should go with?


I've got some right now and I'd say go with a 32 atleast, they're really tight and shrink quite a bit when washed.

And to the poster saying the only lasted 3 months, I have a pair I was wearing about 5 days a week from february until june and since then probably 2 days a week on average and they're holding up fine

Cheap Monday Alive & Drys color?
I went to different sites and it says the color/wash is "Alive and Dry." So are these black or dark indigo? It's hard to tell in the pics.

I sized up one but I really should have gone up 2, buying these true to size would be ridiculous. I went one and its slimmer than how my 511's fit, 2 would give you the same fit. The waist itself has always fit me fine and I've always been able to button them up its the legs themselves that are tight

Cheap Monday's are great especially for the price. Just remember to size up as the tight fit do run extremely tight.

You will get fades but it wont look like anything spectacular at all. You will eventually get back pocket fades, but I'm not about nice honeycombs, maybe just regular nothing nice nothing bad honeycombs.

I heard that raw cheap mondays stretch so you should size down maybe 1 or 2

Yes they will, but as has been stated before they won't produce fades/combs/whiskers anywhere near as nice as higher quality denim.

Just got some Autobahns the other day and everything is fine other than the fact that the top button is tight as fuck and it wont close confusedconfusedconfused. Should I just wear em with a belt until the waist stretches or is it hopeless? sad
