Levis 501 STF aren't complicated at all.

1. But them in true waist size for slimmer fit, or size up one for a baggier fit.
2. Wash or soak them in hot water for maximum shrinkage/cold water for less shrinkage.
3.Wear them until you decide to wash or soak them again, that's it!

Levis LVC 45/55 are just different models of Levis. Quality on LVC (Levi's Vintage Collection) is superior to STF's quality, and the price reflects that too.

No, you can only go smaller, unless the seam is really wide, but not much denims have wide seams

i just realized that the "for anyone interested.." could have thrown people off
theres nothing wrong with them and i don't intend to sell
it's just not a known brand on this board
it was more a "for anyone interested in a new brand/esef"
i edited my post to make it less confusing for everyone

Absolutely remove the stitched tags man.
But other than that, those look pretty interesting. I didn't even realize they actually had two different inseams, that's nuts! Are the denims supposed to fade differently?

Just a quick update...

The fits quite nice. A nice straight leg. But I've sagged them so not really what I'm supposed to do.

I removed the tags, as I had them tucked into the pockets, but they would just end up getting damaged and falling so they are gone.

And quickly about the two kinds of denim, the Lee side seem darker, hairier and rub off on my hands easily, the Levis side seem lighter, show more weft and a slightly heavier.

Choosing not too cuff, as I want the hems to rope. But the leg-twist is amazing, one they are both twisting inwards, its crazy.

Good call on the stitched tags, that's a no brainer for me. They just look out of place and atrocious.

But you actually want leg twist?

Go with your slim jim size or up 1, if you sized down on your jim's.

Im looking for some new denim, Im currently wearing a 31 Nudie thin finn and really like the fit. Ive had my eye on skull 5010xxx 6x6, new Flathead x SE denim and am really looking for something higher quality then the nudies but a similar fit to a thin finn. Any recommendations would be great...

Ok so you dont recommend the skulls 5010 6x6? they seem quite popular and are even more attractive due to the 15% off this week at SE. How are the samurai's or flatheads better? The SExFHs are amazing but are a lil on the steep side, may still get them though.

I own a pair of slim jims (31x34) and was wondering if the thigh area is similar to a pair of new standards? I'd like a bit more room for the thighs..
