Considering APCs stretch a lot. Yeah, go for it. I've stretched out N&F Elephants to be able to button them from no buttons at all.

what do you think on these Nudie Grim Tims?
Size's W31 / L34, I could get them somewhat shortened but L32 was a bit too short.

I've had a pair of undftd denim and have been wearing them for maybe a week now. My right leg already fits great but the left leg stays wide from below my knee. By wide I mean not slim. Can anyone make anything of this poor description? lol.. Thanks

I want to get a pair of APC New Standards. So basically I measure my true waist and then size down two (because apc are tagged 2 sizes lower) and then size down 1 to account for stretching right?

So if my waist is 32, which is a tagged APC size of 30, then I should get an APC tagged size of 28, which is a 30" waist? I'm referring to this chart: www.contextclothing.com/item.php?id=6

I find this a bit confusing; for reference I'm 6 foot, 157lbs, and I wear a size 31 in Nudies and a 29 in Naked and Famous Weird Guys.

the waist might be a little too big for you since there's quite a bit of diaper ass.

I'm pretty happy with these. I think the fit is about as good as it could be considering my crazy build. Had to take pics of the mirror and I got some random spots where the mirror was smudged. I also had on some BS shoes but whatever. Stack aren't even close to settling. I'm 5'9 so I had to cuff because the amount of stacks were retarded.

Anyway,
-NF Weird Guy sz 28 Deep indigo
-sized down 2
-3 weeks old. Worn every other day.

I don't know whether they are dry stretch selvage (what's the difference to 'normal' dry selvageconfused or not.
Actually they fit pretty tight around the waist (although I will lose some weight until spring) and the little diaper ass is due to the fact that they don't fit low on the hips and I tend to sagg.
Man since you've told me it annoys so much.
I'm pretty contend with the fit, except for the fit of the back.

i'm 5'11, athletic build dude...i wear a 35 in ns apc and 36 in SL100x 3sixteen...I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions on brands that will have comparable fit as those...

I think you should stay TTS for the organics. I usually size one down for nudies, but not on the organics, because they fit really tight on the thighs compared to the dry nudies.

PRPS Heirloom Raw Wash Selvedge Barracuda cut jeans. These are made in the USA.











The buyer said they are labeled as raw, but are really rigid? Said they are vanity sized like crazy. Anyone have them or know anything? What's the fit like and quality like? I need a new pair of raw/slev jeans.

i'm considering getting a pair myself for just casual wear. i'm currently breaking in a pair of SEXI14's tho.

Yes, they are grim tims and I sized down 1-2 sizes.
Normally I go for W32/L32 in Levi's 511s or Altamonts, but these Nudies are W31/L34.
In my opinion the cuff is a bit too long, but L32 was too short.

I've been on the fence about hemming these jeans. Should I wait a couple more weeks to see if they settle, or should i just hem them now? Or maybe hem them after the first wash (which will be after a full year)? I've been hearing a lot of different things, but a common rule of thumb seems to be that you should not hem your jeans prior to washing because of the shrink that occurs after washing them. Any thoughts on the stacks and my situation?

The stacking on your pair look pretty good though.
On that pair you won't lose much to shrinkage either so if you really want to you could stand to cut off an inch or two.
