I wanna get some Thin Finns, I'm 5'11 and about 130lbs, would 29/36 be ok for me? I don't want them to be skin tight, but I'd like them to be skinny, will they stretch out a bit or should I size up 1. I wear a 29 in Levi's 510s and those stretched out pretty nice for me.

ok so I'm confused again lol.

note that I'm a true size 29 waist.

APC's are vanity sized, correct? so size 27 new standard actually measures to a size 29 waist. Now, following the size down 2 rule for newstandards, if I were to get size 25 that would measure to a size 27 waist which will theoretically stretch out to a size 29 waist.

now, I went to the apc store and tried on a size 27 (before i found out they were vanity sized) just for reference. Size 27 fit exactly the way i wanted it to so I was assuming i should buy a size 26 nwe standard in the future so they stretch out to what I wanted. When i tried on size 26 newstandard (vanity sized to 28 waist) I couldn't button the top button, but I know they will stretch.

My question is, for the size down 2 rule do you size down two from your tagged size or the actual waist size? I don't want to buy a size 27 and have it stretch out too much or buy a size 25 and find out i sized down by 4.

Nope, the waist didn't stretch so much where I need a belt. Fits very nice on the waist.

What type of jeans do you think this guy is wearing?

I've been trying to find a pair of skinny jeans that get tighter toward the ankle so they don't basically stack on the bottom. I've been trying to find a pair that fits my waist size, and is a little longer so that it looks nice but haven't trouble, I want a pair like this guy wears because it gets tighetr at the bottom.
