the only fading i got is front pocket fades and a little bit of whiskers, not even a slight hint at a wallet fade yet confused

I think rescues are baggier although I'm not too familiar with stf measurements.
It depends on how you size as well for both, because I've seen people rock stf that were on the slimmer side.

I think rescues are slightly baggier(somebody correct me) going off the measurements context's measurements, and my experience with levis stf's.
