Getting a new pair of raw denim, i had Wg left hand broken twill in size 29. I was hoping for a little bit of a skinnier fit . So i was wondering between those 3 brands is the best in terms of quality and fit. I am 5'8 135 lbs so i had to get my Wg hemmed down to a 32. I read that hemming makes the fit a little bit looser. So i was looking into Nudies now because for some you can choose the inseam. What do you guys think?

In terms of denim quality, I would think that
N&F > Nudies > APC. This is my personal opinion after trying on a couple pairs and doing a bit of research
While Japanese selvedge does not guarantee quality, the quality on some (not those weird scratch-n-sniff and glow in the dark) pairs are pretty decent. If you want to stay in this price range and lean towards the heavier denim, go with these.
While most of Nudies denim is in the lighter range, they still offer a few 13oz and up. These feel nice and solid as you would want from a pair of raw.

If you want a pair that fits nice
Nudies > APC > N&F
Nudies has a wide range of fits so you'll be able to find a pair that suits your body nicely. Especially since you need a shorter inseam, going with Nudies might get you the nicest fit without having to get it altered.
APC has also got some very nice fits for slim people.
Personally, the N&F don't really fit me that nicely.

While Nudies fit very nicely they are mostly lighter denim (12.5oz compared to 14.5oz in the other two brands) and since they are generally the most slim and tight fitting of the 3 they are way more susceptible to crotch blowouts (nudies are notorious for them). The denim used in N&F is nice but not as 'sturdy' as APC denim per say, even though APC are known to have crotch blowouts early on. Last but not least the APC denim will generally have the best fades out of the three, excluding the 19oz and 21oz elephant models from N&F.

hmmm okay well i had a pair of N&F WG, but I did not really like the fit. So i have decided on a grim tim Nudies. Either going to get dry dirty organic or dry selvage. Not sure yet :/

I'm pretty sure APC's ain't 14.5 oz bruh. N&F definitely has a sturdier construction than APCS.

well i had NF Wg (29) but i hemmed down to a 32. I really ddint like the fit becuase of the leg opening. The fit was kinda loose.

You should get a pair of Skinny.

When you hem WG tapered, the leg opening gets bigger.

Don't get Nudies. APC maybe, but I recommend NF

APC = N&F > Nudie

APC are more intense, a pair that you should only have one of for awhile instead a lot of at once.
N&F has a lot of cool types of jeans where as APC has 4. Different fades, weights, etc.

Nudies are just bad.

What is the inseam on APCs? That is my main concern i am 5'8/9 and 135 lbs. So generally in i get inseam of 30 if i dont want stacks or cuffs, or I'll go 32 if i do want stacks. Which fit for APC is most similar to NF WG?

I've had both APC and Nudie so here's my input :

my nudies i had for maybe 6-7 months and didnt make much progress , maybe i was not wearing the consistently enough or whatever , but they were real light and the fit was weird (personally)

my apc however I've had for maybe 1.5 months and i can see/feel progress , the denim seems more quality and heavier (which to me is a good thing) and the fit is outsanding , i have a NS size 29 when my true waist is maybe a 32-31

Timmy, PS is probably the closest to WG. I've laid my PS on top of my WG's and the WG's were a little bit bigger. But they're both tapered.

I haven't had NC or NS tho. My PS are 27 and WG 29
