Anywhere. How does anyone fuck up a hem? And besides, they're just APCs.

they do the wrong side. i went to self edge in sf, they have the machine they used to use in the 1950s to do chain stitching.

They do the wrong side?? You do know what hemming is right? They're just cutting off a portion of the inseam then sew up the bottom. There's no right or wrong side. Just take it to the dry cleaners man

they do it by the outside and remove the selvedge lining if i go to a regular place.

OP doesn't know what hemming is.

Fool, you're talking about tapering them. Which means they will make them slimmer.

Hemming means your jeans will become SHORTER!!!!

If you want to taper them, just take your jeans to suit place that does alterations or go to Nordstroms or something and ask if they can taper from the inside of the pant leg.

Ask what their policies are if they ruin your jeans are. Not sure if places have anything like that but I'd ask since they're not some $50 jeans

if you're talking about hemming why are mentioning doing it from the outside seam?

I doubt there's any dry cleaners or tailor service place that mixes up the two
