I washed them right when I got it to shrink it a bit and now they feel hella weird..

those are washed to look unwashed... but ive owned a pair in the past... if you are worried they do fade and the indigo does bleed alot

when you go in the store, look at the tags. unwashed h&m jeans have a hang tag on them warning you that they will bleed and to not sit on white couches

The hangtag should also state "shrink up to 5%" or something like that.
All jeans shrink in the wash, but most will stretch back out, especially ones with %elastane.

So let's just say that these jeans were unwashed. Have I ruined them by washing them without any wear?
