Im tired of APC's. They're too "tight" looking.

Im not looking for anything baggy, but fitting.

My budget is around $200.

i would just find a way to make the extra 125 and cawp an actual pair of sams

if you can't wait. go with uniqlo. wayyy under the 200 budget, or unbranded's, but i don't like them as much.

You should try 3Sixteens, they're around 200 and I think they have better quality than A.P.Cs.

try other brands like naked and famous, w+h. those are in the $200 range.

dior 19cms are pretty common in the buy/sell market too. those are a safe bet, although at $200, they'll be used a bit.
