Roy Denim is an interesting up-and-comer in the US denim scene.

He focuses on one five-pocket straight leg denim style.

A great alternative to APC and a cheaper alternative to SC or FH.

actually, it looks like he is taking orders until tonight at 11:59 for the $150 deal.

for fit pic references just hit up sufu..the ROY thread is boomin there. didnt ever expect HB to take an interest in roy seeing as its mainly vintage cut denims. shits are definetly nice though. plan on picking up a pair once he returns to production,

they feel nice, i only tried them on. i purchased them knowing that i'd get them tapered, so they're at the shop right now. btw don't size down on these

well the cut and everything looks relatively similar to APC NS's, which are, for many people, the entry point into raw denim. but roy is definitely not really hypey type dude lol.

I've been eyeing Roy's for a little while. Seems like good stuff and everyone I've seen on sufu looks happy with the denim.

same here, been contemplating on getting a pair of Roy's. but waited too long, and "the ship has sailed". he's kinda corny, no?

his video is pretty cool. i really dig that fitted orange zip hoodie. check out that spike on the hood! it's like an elf hat, sweet!

Roy made this pencil case about three or four years ago for Cone to be given to their best clients or friends.
The two metal rivets are my initials, i'm guessing he got a list of people they were giving them to before they were even made.

I use mine as a travel yoyo case.

Roy's Jeans - The Nihon Straight Leg

We've got a new release from the one man show that goes by the name of Roy.

Working with what he describes as one of the best looking pieces of denim he's seen yet, Roy has produced a run of 100 pairs of a new straight leg jean. This jean is made up of a 15oz unsanforized denim made by the Nihon Menpu mill of Japan. It's a straight leg fit, slightly different than the past straight leg fit and with new stitch patterns including a vintage style waist-band that's chainstitched and single-needle stitched.


Also, for those that missed it the first time around we've produced a video showing off some of Roy's skills, it was difficult to show what takes two hours or more compressed into a three minute long video, but we hope you enjoy seeing a glimpse into the world of Roy.
