from loosest to slimmest, all 3 model are slimmer than 660's
Sams are prob the fastest fading of the three
and pbj's are not really work wearish as they are way too slim to be considered work wear

No prob. It depends on what kind of fit you like. Personally, I would go with the IH 301S because I like it a little less tapered, plus I like the denim on the 301S a little bit better than on the SExI14.
True that, I do like a little taper, just nothing excessive like the shearers.
