why are these heavier than the standard weirdguys yet they're cheaper.
Are they cutting corners somewhere?

There is no correlation between denim weight and price.

Who knows, maybe they fall apart quicker than quality denim, but I'm sure it's nothing that can't be repaired...

yeah, you're better off ordering true to size. These fit perfectly (for me at least), but anything below true, you're definitely not getting past the second button.

yup. i'll post update pics today. no signs of pocket wear though cause i hate pocket fades

and regarding the patch, unless you wear an XXS where the shirt ends above the belt loop, you have nothing to worry about. my belt covers most of the patch, but even then, my entire shirt, jacket, dress shirt, whatever all covers it.

the SINGLE problem i dislike about the pants is the 2 lines of stitching on the inner thigh. i'm used to none or 1. i may remove 1 line though, since i have a seam ripper.

the SINGLE issue i have about the jeans is the 2 lines of stitching on the inner thigh. i'm used to none or 1 (APCs only have 1). i may remove 1 line though, since i have a seam ripper.
