yeah theyre kinda like skulls, but slimmer...looser top block than your standard skinny fit and they taper off to about a 7 inch hem

imo if youre usually a 29 like me, 30 is the way to go, 28 is too tight and they dont come in 29 from what ive seen...the half sizes start after 30

bought em cause i needed something knockaround for the summer for work and these fit the bill

I've had my Unbrandeds for 5months and a couple days and I have a crotch rip. Material on these are okay. Not as great as others/

so they're not worth getting at all?

Well, I mean they're worth getting if you want to have another pair of denim. Personally, these are my first pair of raw denim and I was cool with it when I got them. Now I just feel unsatisfied. Maybe its cause the way they fit me now isn;t as good. And word of advice, pre soak the jeans. I soaked it when I hit 3 months and now my stack fades are all over the place. And I have a ankle flare

Ryan, how tall are you?

I'm going to be hemming mine. Stacking's a bit much for me. Thinking 32" but I'm 5'10-5'11 and think that may be a little much but I don't think going from a 34" to a 33" is going to do much. I'm not sure on what to do yet.

i measured them before i had them hemmed and they measured 36 in the inseam for me, so im not sure why everyone says they're a 34, I don't think that's the case. Measure them first, you may wanna go with the 33 after all

im 5'8 ish if that helps

All the comments on the UO site say that they had trouble buttoning up the skinny version even when they saized TTS. Have you guys had any of those problems?

people have been saying the quality of the denim is actually pretty close to APC, and while I don't have APCs myself, I can attest to these having some pretty solid quality. Not really thin and they're stiff. But people also seem to be getting crotch tears after only 5 or so months. Have you tried on APCs? Lots of people say they buy them because of the cut more than the quality so if you're fine with the cut of these unbranded jeans then I'd seriously consider these

They have the tapered in a new color, black. I might buy a pair for the fall. I'm waiting for the skinny guy though.

to anyone comparing these to apc's, i personally think the quality isn't any better at all than apc. i've owned a pair of new standards that i loved and a pair of these unbranded straight fit jeans and my apc's felt stronger (button/stitching wise) and the denim feels a bit nicer than these unbranded jeans. I'd say go with apc's but these are $65 cheaper and i'm one for saving money, so in the end its really all personal choice. if anyone lives in or near nyc, there's no reason not to go and try on both pants and compare the two. for everyone else who can't try them on before they buy, good luck on choosing.

Notice I said material. Quality is obviously NOT going to be the same as APC, though it isn't far behind.

I've had friends tear APC after 3/4 months, nudies are infamous for crotch blowout.

What I'm trying to say is, it's all subjective.

just copped the size 28 tapered (sized down 1), not too skinny, a little looser then my thinfinns. I definately like the fit. They still have that brandnew stiffness but I'm working on breaking them in. The feel of the denim is really nice. Will try to get a camera to post pics.

APC new standards might fit the bill. Maybe even go for the 3sixteenSL?

I have the skinny fit. The stacks settle nicely after a while. I don't know how much they would flare with the tapered fight though; you may want to get them hemmed.

The stacks start off kinda wonky but then settle out pretty nicely. just walk around in em for a couple days and they should settle right out.

I will also post a fit pic of my skinnys in size 31 once I reach 25 posts. It's been a few weeks of decent wear, and I am starting to get a wallet/cellphone fade, and very slight fading on the honeycombs.

like someone also said, APCs New Standards are probably what you're looking for. However, APCs do have pocket stitching, and this unbranded denim might be some of the only really decent raw denim I've seen without pocket stitching, labels, etc.

sized down 1 tapered fit. will take more pics later. Stacks and combs still settling will look alot better once that happens. I'm really diggin the fit though. 8. idk why the picture is sideways... its fine on my photo bucket O.o.
