Can someone clarify something for me. If i buy tapered TTS, will it be too tight when i first get them? I wear a 30x30 in 514 levis, and I'm looking for a fit like a 513 in levis. Should i get a size 30 or 31?

I went TTS & mine were somewhat tight when I got them. They still are somewhat, but I haven't been wearing them consistently.

I found that the tts tapereds were a little tight, moreso in the waist

+1 skinny is a better fit imo

Is going tts on skinnies really that tight? Anyone got a fit pic?

when you're going TTS on skinnies it's not the general look of the fit that you're worried about, its more about the waist fit. I tried TTS with some brand new skinnies and couldn't button the top button at all. managed to get 2 sizes up and the waist fits perfect after a year.

im trying to slip into the game nice and easy and have been doing my research and am leaning towards UB201s so i wont have to spend to much and i can properly figure this game out. now my favorite fitting pants right now are the dockers alpha khaki and i was wondering if anyone knows how the ub201s fit in comparison to them??
should i maybe jus go with the skinnies?
also are the UB website measurements off?

Measurements please? Right now I'm running on TTS tapered ( 28 ) boutta be a year in may, but I'm planning on buying some new jeans and I wanna try out the skinnies

How much do these shrink after a soak/wash? I want to get mine hemmed but I'm only about four months in. I don't plan on soaking or washing them for at least a few more months and I want them hemmed now haha.

^i dont think it stretched at all. i fucked up on my sizing. i bought a size 29 thinking it'll stretch an inch. but it didnt so the 2nd day of wear my button launched off. so i asked for a replacement and i just put it on closer. you can see where the original button was in my pics.
