word i like these best.

http://www.uniqlo.com/us/explorer.html#/code:057812-000-63/

so another question i have is do these "japanese" denims only come in one fit?
or several in the same wash. like straight, slim, and skinny. all in the same wash?

im a bit lost.

I think the Japanese denim is only Slim Straight (according to the site). There are other jeans that have the same wash but in different fitting; skinny, straight and slim have similar washes like the one you provided, but they come in different quality (selvage vs non-selvage)

if you don't want tight fit on the t-000 go like 2-3 size bigger. it'll stretch out and you'll eventually need a belt. i just wear a shoe lace. i'm thinking about ordering the slim cords soon. have anyone purchased them yet?

you can order stuff from uniqlo ? blinkyeyes

it's just a premium cut, its not selvage, although at the store it says they're selvage... the black selvedge's are a much better purchase for the money imo

Alright... the Made In Japan raw denim is selvage... the Made In Japan predistressed denim is not, however, on the sign in the Uniqlo store in NY, its says that they are selvage

i'd size down 1 in the waist to account for stretching

bulldogs since the predistressed denim isn't selvedge....then it isn't selvedge

i think the 79.50 price tag is because they are a premium wash

Do you know what selvedge is?

But I'm guessing they're slim enough that the leg opening is small?

After receiving my pair of Japanese Slim Straight Premium Wash... It wasn't what I expected, the looks on the site and the actually pair of jeans look different imo. Just after seeing the jeans physically... I kinda dislike it. tongueface. So who ever is doing phone order or getting it somehow without physically seeing the product, be cautious.

Maybe I'll just pick up the Japanese Raw version next, they look promising.

in my opinion, and i know some will disagree, but in my opinion, you should always size down 1 when buying any Uniqlo denim... even though at first it will feel too tight, after maybe 1-2 days wear, it will stretch out to your normal size... i've been wearing the Raw Selvage's for almost a month, and originally i sized down... after just the first day, they had already stretched out a little bit, and by the end of the week, i needed to wear a belt with them or else they'd fall down

if you're going to buy just normal Uniqlo denim, definitely size down at least 1, as it will stretch a lot
