They fit pretty baggy for me. Fit like Docker slim fits.

UJ S-001 for about 15 months. Awesome denim. Lightweight, but great for $50 retail.

Those are fantastic!

I'm looking at the US web store and I can't tell how to see the model no. for the jeans I'm looking at. There's a product code, but nothing like UJ S-001 anywhere.

Is there a big diff between the $50 pairs and the $90 Made in Japan pairs?

Also I bet they don't ship to Canada, lol. It's rumored that they're looking at opening a store in Vancouver, which would be so freakin great. But they'd probably add an extra $20 to all of their prices I bet, because Vancouver BC is just like that.

S-001 = Slim Straight.
Mine were purchased in late 2010, so unfortunately, these aren't produced anymore.
At that time, they were phasing out the Made in Japan models, to introduce the UJ models.
Looks like now, they've gotten rid of UJ selvedge for MIJ haha, with the $90 model the only selvedge model for sale now.

These seem to be available in UK though.
Noticeable difference was denim weight, stretch, fly, selvedge coin pocket.

I think most have 30 length, but might have sold out. (The $9.90 jeans that I ordered were available in 30 length)
Or maybe it's because, when you purchase in store, they offer free (or discounted) hemming.
