No doubt, I forgot to mention the fit posted is a t000 sized UP 1. Much more comfortable in the waist and thighs and still very slim from the knee down.

t-000 khakis are making a comeback in Spring correct?
Dec 23, 2009 @ 21:25
I just got a pair of the t001 UJ jeans, just curious but what's thedifferwnce
Bren these and the old models? I will provide a fit pic too if anyone is interested
Dec 23, 2009 @ 21:33
^ the new line seems to be using a lighter weight fabric. the construction seems have taken a dip compared to the older line - from what i saw, they also don't have the leather patch any more. can't really complain too much though, they lowered the price as well.
Dec 24, 2009 @ 01:05
are there any s002's instock at the ny store?
Dec 24, 2009 @ 02:06
damn the leg opening is 7.5, yuck

Why yuck?

7.5 is decent. Just be happy it's not 8" like the past S-001 models.
Dec 24, 2009 @ 11:06
I can't imagine a leg opening smaller than 7.5. Shit wouldn't cover any part of the shoe. Feminine.
Dec 24, 2009 @ 11:30
OhSnap - i've been wearing Uniqlo's for a while and don't ever remember the s001 model having an 8 inch leg opening? Maybe you wear a bigger waist size than I do
Dec 24, 2009 @ 12:47
^ I had a pair of 33x34 old S-001. Leg opening's roughly 8".

Truth.

Nigs need to chill with the taper. I like taper myself like the next guy, but extreme = fuck no.
Dec 24, 2009 @ 13:35
The fit from UJ Regular Fit Straight Colour Jeans are on point. Uniqlo is the shit.

Truth but thats good to hear that the new s-001 leg opening is 7.5

Are t-000 leg openings bigger?

Also anyone willing to cop me a pair of beige?
Dec 24, 2009 @ 14:18
I'd also like to mention:

Note: With the arrival of UJ denim, there's been a decline in denim quality.

My UJ S-001 feel much, much lighter than a regular pair of denim. The price has also jumped down to show this.

If anyone wants the good quality S-001/T-000, the only ones available are through the people who are selling them. I doubt the original S-001/T-000 models are coming back.

Sparknotes: Uniqlo is cutting down on costs/material in favor of lower prices (more customers). Recession's hitting hard, folks.
