I'm in the market for a new pair of denim and have been looking at alternatives to the widely popular models (Samurai, APC, Dior, Nudies, etc.) While searching BIG, I came across: Warehouse. I've never seen ANY talk about them in here (though I can't say that I've ever searched). Does anybody have a pair? How are the fading properties? How's the fit?

Warehouse Denim

Currently I'm looking at the Raw #800 version since it's available in my size. Anybody have anymore info about this brand, the specific model?

They did an entire contest on the 660 model, many turned out great.

I was going to get the 660 Model, but got 811 Eternals instead.

There's a page dedicated to the contest and the results. (Peep the "660 Worldwide" link on the left side of the BiG site, I can't post links yet. :[ ) They fade really nicely, with more of a vintage fade, I think, rather than contrast.

blinkyeyes i cant believe im posting my pics after cheep's pair. umm well i've posted these before, so here they are. 4 months of wear, stopped when crotch ripped. funny thing is the crotch stitching was repaired by 45rpm, then the denim wore out >.<. plus these are too big for me now, so i'll never get the wear them anymore.

my favorite characteristic of my pair is the leg twist on the left leg haha

yeah, i have 29s... really want to get another pair of warehouse in a higher rise and a little less slim with the same denim... of all the jeans ive owned, these have the most charcter, the best details, and just overall the nicest.

cheep,

Do you reccomend sizing down? The charts in BIG are a little awkward and show sz. 33's coming in at a sz. 34-35 POST-wash/rinse.

Can't decice between the #800 or #660. Looking for a straight yet slightly slimmer fit. I don't really like to roll cuffs as seen on your pair. One cuff and I'm straight usually.

Your pair and inthemix's are f'ing gorgeous. The fading on these is phenomenal. Hopefully I can score a pair by the Holidays.

I'd suggest sizing down one for a relaxed fit, two for a slim-straight, three for a skinnier fit.

i feel ya. and yeah absolutely. and i agree with the higher rise, but i like how slim they are.. maybe because i cant see it looking right with the same taper, which i like. it would look like a carrottop. i cant say enough about these, but theres something about warehouse. i just love the process in these jeans. beautiful raw, quick to fade yet holds color very well. one thing i love about these is how it fits on my upper block/thigh. plud they're comfortable. and flattering. yet a classic cut. question. what are the 660s based off of? never really knew. jesus. cant wait to get these back from repairs. gordon said it would take a while.

my little ramble. didnt post in complete sentences lol.

660 are based off a 1966 501, with a lowered rise. its almost like they just took a 66 and chopped 2" off the top and lowered the waistband, which is why the waist is so much bigger than tag size.
