wanted to see the price range that other customizers are charging. want to give a moderate price range to my customers so i wont have to break their pockets but also still make enough profit for it to be worth my time

it really depends on your work, it also depends on whether you are providing the shoes or just the artwork

yeah assuming you paid around 70 for the base, for simple stuff I like to make profit of more than $100 , considering even simple work takes a long time to create and its a one of a kind shoe. People are paying for not only your time but the exclusivity of the shoe. But your work definitely needs to be on point design, colors, concept, everything. If your getting into a more time consuming piece, say around the 15- 20 hours range id go to around $300+

It sucks because the time it takes to work ont he shoes (20 hours usually), totally doesnt justify a $200 price, as it should be way higher. Even then youre better off making scratch at McDonalds.

200, 300, it doesnt matter, youre still not making much for your time, so do it for the love.

I think I've only sold one pair for a good price.
I live in a small town and not amy people buy $300-$600 kick you know.
doing vans gets me a little income tho I can do those for an affordable price.
for the most part I make shoes for myself, family.
nice knowing that when you walk through the mall or downtown that no one has what youre wearing.
It get lots of looks. cool
