Hey, I have never customized shoes before.. first i was wondering what kind of materials I'd need.. markers / paints etc.

Also, I have this photoshopped image i would like to put onto a shoe, but is this possible? how would i go about doing this?

Thanks

You can basically use any material you want. I've used satin, faux snake skin, denim, bandana, it's all good. It just matter how you go about applying it. You don't want your glues or adhesives to bleed through or ruin the material, you don't want pinches in your fabric if you're sewing. As for a Photoshop image, you can always print it out, or print a few copies out, and do like a carbon transfer where you brush a pencil across the back of the page where the picture is, and then lay it across whatever panel you want and just run over the outlines of the image on the actual printed side, thus creating a transfer to the panel. Tracing paper is always rad to have for things like this too. I'm sure there might be easier ways, but I'm a bit OCD about things and like to be precise, so yeah. Just be patient with it, take your time, and just do things right ya know? You'll be fine.

all u need. well said.
