i say you dont go over it with acetone since the paint is already off

nah this is a good starter shoe itll also teach him how to restore




wipe down the whole shoe with acetone even though it peeled that way youll have an even surface

^Truth.

It's mot that bad of a scuff, you can simply rub acetone over the shoe, and a few layers of paint of that area will provide an even coat eventually.
