how do you know?


just in case i come across another fake in the future


the hang tag is in wrong material and color is wrong on the tag. also...the font on made in japan tags is in the wrong size font. for example...the lil (*) next to a bathing ape is show very clear. a real one is pretty blurry like it's just a DOT

Need a check on this hoody. It seems it's from possible 1 or 2 years ago based on the tag? I noticed the full camos which came out this past December had a different tag as opposed to the swarvoszki full camo hoodies that came out a month later in January. So I assume the tag on this particular hoody signifies that this hoody came out 2 years ago?

Ha ha you guys really crack me up; I mean come you got to be kidding me right? If you want to get into Bape or buy Bape try looking at the real stuff from trusted sellers and trusted web sites. Familiarise yourself with the tags and the patterns. Then take a good look at the seller, there's no point buying from someone with little feedback but suddenly a shed load of Bape items - there are big Bape sellers on ebay but they're well known and easy to spot from the off.

I know.. I'm a victim I admit. I waited till the last minute to do my research my bad. Thanks anywas. I just found this place today. And I did more research on the Bape site. I'm a newbie. Found out that they are going to open a BWS down here in L.A. Now I can get the real stuff.

To the people who are saying those Purple Bape camo's are fake are you really sure? I'm asking because one of the times the person showed the tags and someone showed the "legit" one and said thats why, but the lining on the so called "legit" one was white. I thought the lining of the legit was purple. Also i checked Stay246 for pics and their pic shows purple lining and also that same yellow tag. So either the people doing the purple camos with yellow tags and purple lining are damn good or the ones saying they are fake have fakes themselves and think they are legit. Anyone else wanna clarify, because now im confused myself as to which ones are legit.

nme00 if thats the pair i think it is i have those myself. i bought mine from concept shop a while back (or pondon can't remember) so i almost positive mine are authentic. On mine the letters inside are black not light blue. Also the blue material near the laces seems a lil too shiny but that might just be from the camera flash. The last thing to check if you can is if it has the bape head near the heel. I'll post pics of mine so you can look at em and try to decide for yourself. Remember im more then positive mine are authentic since i only buy from Concept Shop and Pondon.

Hmm..Interesting i definitely trust Pondon. But could it be there's a version w/o the bape head that came out before?
