Sorry for the delay people we chose three different winners. They were Nick Zazycki, Michael San Jose and Eli. We had problems with a couple of the files and are waiting for them to be resent. We will present all logos within the week. Thanks for your patience.

I hate to sound disrespectful but wasn't the point of the logo contest to come up with an original logo for vancity? Something that wasn't a ripoff of supreme, thrasher etc. etc.

but now we have a church's chicken and google one?

I don't even know what to say...

I'm not going to argue that fact one bit but those were the most marketable logos received and at the end of the day if we are going to offer prizing for a logo we have to be able to use/sell it. In hindsight I should have specified that only original art would be accepted and will be sure to do that next contest. I genuinely do appreciate the feedback from you guys. Thank you and respects and hopefully one day I can make you a fan of Vancity Original or better yet receive art or ideas from yourselves. Really it is just supposed to be a fun way to rep Vancouver and not to be taken very seriously.

I agree with the statements above. The new "trend" is parodies and its getting played out by clothing brands everywhere trying to make a name for themselves. Nothing is original anymore. Ironic isn't it? Vancity "Original"

In all due credit Vancity Original has been around since 1998 and although we do many original designs the brand has always been rooted in logo interpretations and we are not just jumping on a trend. It is simply what we have chosen to do and the response continues to be overwhelming. That being said I agree that more original designs would be a welcome addition to the line. Thank you for your comments

Yes we have those in 3 colors one of which is charcoal.

we are expecting our holiday shipment monday or tueday and we did order the new henry boot. also if we don't get a color you want we can special order for you.
