hey guys, trying to get a road bike for this summer ive been to urbane cyclist and the shop in kensington market.

anybody recommend other shops in the GTA or general knowledge on road bikes.

How much are you looking to spend? What specs. do you want?

You get the most bang for your buck with Giant. Their opening price bike the OCR3 is spec-ed nice and should run you about $700.

im very noob with bikes, researching a bit right now. any opinions on fuji/khs bikes?

to upsetter: i dont have a set limit on how much im willing to spend but i'll take a look at that giant

I don't know Fuji very well. But I have a KHS. KHS went down hill over the past several years.

Like I said in my previous post Giant is probably the way to go as fas as spec. vs $ goes. You might want to check out Trek too. If you buy from a smaller brand you will pay a lot more for less bike.

NOT to intrude, but i am also looking for a bike this summer. I am very ruff of my bikes and usally destroy them. looking to spend no more than $1000.
