i just got my karmaloop shipment in the the mail i was pretty surprised. i spent $98 canadian on a backpack and tee. DHL only charged me $12.15 it was like $7 brokerage and $5 taxes i guess. They marked down the prices of the stuff alot i think to like $37. It was pretty sweet it took like 3 days to process but pretty much like 1 day to ship. Anyways i didnt have to pay any duty cuz LRG was made in the states.

Bought something on the weekend and paid for regular shipping. How long does it usually take to process and how long does it take to ship here. I'm in Brampton.

(strong bump idgaf)

Lucky brah. I just bought about $250 of stuff, hope I don't get charged. Last thing I bought was $275 and I had to pay $90 fucking fees. Only the 2nd time I've EVER had to pay fees. Fuck now I'm worried since I bought $400 of stuff from the UK the duties are gonna fuck me in the ass.

Bleh. 1st time I bought from them didn't have to pay costums/brokerage nothing cool. Then I ordered a couple more times and would always get charged 15-20$ on ~100$ orders. They should really team up with USPS instead razz.

I ordered a crooks crewneck sweater for $78 and they valued it at $36 and I got charted $12.16 by DHL. $4.32 for tax and $7 for processing fee.
They really should have an option to ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Haven't been charged anything when I've shipped with them from the states. Always get supplements shipped in from bodybuilding.com from FedEx

The next time you order, try using the gift option. there shouldnt be any duties/taxes if the declared value of your order is less than $60. I ordered an obey hat, and didnt get charged for any fees.

Bodybuilding.com ships the supplements you buy to their canadian warehouse and then ships it to you from there, this is why you don't pay duties/taxes. It has nothing to do with FedEx etc

Been getting hit with Brokerage on every single order from Karmaloop. DHL sucks balls. With UPS, you get raped on Brokerage when they bill you for it, but you don't get nailed for it every time like you do with DHL. USPS is incredibly slow, but I'd take that over DHL any day. I've talked to the owner of Karmaloop about it and he agrees and told me they're working on it, so hopefully USPS will be an available option in the future.

I'm gonna try the Gift Option next time and see if it helps any. I don't usually place small orders though as the shipping would kill any deal for the most part.

Greg the owner of Karmaloop was saying something was in the works for Canada coming late Spring, so hopefully USPS as an available shipping option or even better would be a Canadian Warehouse.

I won't be ordering anything off there until they figure this out. People in the US have no problem putting in small orders because they have a $4 flat shipping rate to start and no brokerage. We have a minimum of $15 cost for shipping while getting hit with Brokerage & duties on every order. That's a lot of business from Canada they're not getting because of this and lots of backlash as well I'm sure from people not expecting these extra charges.

Recently I've purchased 2 obey shirts, 1 diamond supply co crewneck, 1 diamond supply shirt, and an obey rapture bomber jacket. In total it costed around $170 w/ shipping after discounts (the obey stuff was on sale). DHL charged me an extra $25.98 when it reached my door (taxes, handling fees etc). However, Karmaloop fucked up and gave me two Obey Rapture Bomber Jackets (they retail for around $125 each) and i didnt get one of my obey shirts. So pretty much I spent around $200 and received rougly $350 worth of clothes.

I've been hit every time but once on customs. Even the time I didn't get hit, there was a COD sticker on my package, so somebody might have messed up applying the charge. I have a pretty big gift code I want to use, but I'm hoping they have some better shipping options before I do. I hate paying a ton for shipping and then having to pay customs as well.
