What complex do you live in? I should add that $850,000 is the average price of a HOME, not a fucking apartment you nitwit. $420,000 in my building gets you 450sqft. My loft is 980sqft so you can do the math on that one. I live in arguably the nicest warehouse loft conversion in Vancouver (well at least the guys at LoftsVancouver.com that keep calling me trying to get me to sell my place tell me that).
