How Much do you Pay for Shipping??

October 04, 2012 @ 01:14:17
Hey Everyone,

How much do you pay, or are willing to pay for shipping?

(Let's say an average order is $100 worth of gear - regular shipping speed.)

how much would it cost to ship a jacket from the us to edmonton?
October 18, 2012 @ 17:02:08
Depends on the shop I'd say, Supreme is $25 and other sites like Eastbay are like $10-12.

I don't really mind Supreme with their $25 shipping because of no extra fees. I don't mind paying for shipping but customs/duties rapes all the time

if you order ask them to send it as a gift, cuts down on duties majorly
October 27, 2012 @ 03:15:09

Use those services that allow you to declare your own custom form, you can make it gift at less $$$ than it really is, ask them to remove tags and bills also. That should help to minimize cost. I ve been using www.parcelzoom.com .

What was the brand name? Where was it made? If the article of clothing was made outside of North America the duty fee will be just under $13 http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/travel-voyage/dte-acl/est-cal-eng.html this page will tell you everything you need to know about tariffs and duty fees. So your $38 T-Shirt with taxes + duty + shipping is now probably over $60 all said and done. Check out DukeandDuchessApparel.com it's a Canadian store, so you don't have to worry about duty and they offer free shipping in Canada with a purchase of over $50 so now that $38 dollar T-Shirt is actually $38
It was actually 3 items and I got the shipping waived. Crooks and castles, asap shirt and a snapback. BTW thanks for the site!

Hey!

was just wondering if any of you guys ever ordered from http://www.norsestore.com/ or http://goodhoodstore.com/mens and if there are taxes or duties you need to pay upon your shipments arrival. I have found that you have to pay some ridiculous prices when you order from european webshops.

thanks!
