I know there's a Vancouver Sneakerpimps thread, but here's the Toronto one!

Friday October 20th, at Spin Gallery, 1100 Queen St. W, 2nd floor, (near Bathurst and Queen), $5 cover.

Who's going?! I've never gone, but it sounds awesome.

I would love to check out the sneaker pimp experience. Does anyone know what the dress code will be, if any??? Might be a dumb question but then again it is toronto.
thanks

Can anyone confirm where it's at?

TORONTO SNEAKER PIMPS EXPERIENCE!
The Intro:

Got there about 9pm, I saw a lineup of about 50 people, but as soon as I lined up they let us all in. Total wait time: 5min!

Me: I was the tall asian guy, I wore a Grey hoody with fur lining blue jeans and Marvel Cyclops blue Bapestas. All I did was take pictures ...(over 100!)

Some things I noticed about the crowd...The most popular brand seemed to be 10Deep. I saw couple people wearing the black polka dots, a few wearing the Yacht Master hoodies, and 1 person wearing the white Chain Gang. Surprisingly not many people were rocking bape. Just saw 2 people...I didnt really pay attention to the shoes but Im assuming 90% of the people wore some variation of Nike sb's.

I was suprised there were actually girls that came to the event...I'm sure about half of them were dragged by their bf's / guyfriends. But I assumed this was going to be all dudes, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Overall it was my first Sneaker Pimps experience and it was ok. It did not exceed or fall short of my expectations, if your a sneakerhead you should definitely check it out at least once.

Anyways gotta friends b-day to go to, why dont ya post up your experiences and pics...

Here are some of mine, please be patient as the pics load:

it was my first experience too.
and it wasn't too bad.
i was inside at 7 cause i went through the back door?! :S
then i went over to the pizza pizza nearby.
came back at 8 and waited another hour.
but i guess it was totally worth it.
and i was pretty surprised that barely anybody was rocking bapes too.
