Studio Kim is a solid choice. Have had many alterations there - always happy.

i do mines at this place near gerrard and jones..ladys been hemming pants for over 15 years. She charges 4 bucks for hemm or 8 bucks if you want to keep the original hem..and its pretty good also

Any competent seamstress will be able to hem your jeans. It's one of the most basic if not the most basic alteration. I have no experience as seamstress and I do my own hemming at home because we have the equipment.
