I go to Dominick's Barber Shop on Kingsway and Victoria across from Green Lettuce.
$16, humurous, talkative guy who knows how to cut hair.

He used to work at JD's in Gastown, specializes in buzzcuts as the majority of his customers get them but he is a very competent barber as well.

"Blue" on Imperial street in Burnaby. Korean hair salon, $25 for a cut, wash and style. Really accurate if you give them reference photos.
