This fall I am attending Osgoode and I am currently looking for a place to reside in To. Any of you guys have any recommendations for neighborhoods to live in. I am a young dude , only 21 so I don't see myself living in the suburbs. Other than that I am not that picky , preferably I would not want to spend more than 1400 a month for rent .

Just look on craigslist, 1400 will get you a decent 1 bedroom downtown in a newish building.

Depends what you want and what you like really. $1400 will get you a place in petty much any neighborhood.

Do you want to be right in the heart of the city or slightly removed? I'm talking like a 5/10 min streetcar, not the 'burbs. Do you prefer high fashion and really trendy spots or a more artsy, laid-back vibe?
