Going to Montreal during January? (Weather)

Is it going to be to cold to go down there and walk downtown and walk back from clubs at night? Me and my friends waere originally planning in going the 6-10 of January but is it going to be to cold?

it's going to be freezing buddy. probably one of the coldest winters you'll feel (i thought toronto had cold winters, then i went to montreal)
trust me.
but when you're drunk, you hardly feel anything anyway, so it's all good.

or, you can grab a canada goose, and you're set

It's going to be cold, but honestly anything below -10 feels the same to me.

Just layer, wear mitts (can't stress this enough), a scarf, and you're good.

Im planning to go in December during the break with the guys, from what i was told
their winter is pretty much same as ours. So if you're down with the winter here in toronto
than montreal wouldn't be much of a difference that is until you go to winnipeg haha

Yes people are used to the weather over here it doesn't really affect the nightlife unless its -40 and snowing.

naa dude, it's much colder than toronto winters for some reason


geographically they are in a bowl with ottawa and therefore they have much colder winters then toronto
