Vancouver partying is an oxymoron. Go to a cool city like MTL.
^lol sure bud.
Why so you can hit me with you lawn chair?
Fuck outta here.
I have a life why in the fuck would I go to a 'yeezy drop'.
I'm assuming that these 'yeezy drops' are one of these 'right spots' with where all the 'right people' hang out. LMAO.
You embarrass youreself in public for a wack shoe and I'm the clown lol riiiiight.
Keep chirpin keyboard warrior.
I love how innocent questions always degenerate into flame wars on hypebeast. Why need TV when this shit keeps me laughing and entertained every time I log in?
But yeah, everyone here basically got it right. The nightlife here is lackluster unless you like to drink a lot with ed hardy affliction-wearing douchebags who use the word "Bro" too much, or meet women who think that they're too good to talk to you because they're on some hipster fedora-wearing, high-waisted denim having bullshit. I love my city, but the club scene here is fucking terrible.
Usually some smaller venues have some DJ's who specialize in some sort of music and those are usually good. I forget where exactly but there was this one place that had some jamaican-chinese DJ playing some good reggae shit if you're into that. Always a good time there.... BUT,
If you wanna go out and do something at night, you can't go wrong with a concert. Recent years have been absolutely terrible in terms of hip hop in Vancouver, but sometimes you get the occasional gem. The fucking GZA came here a few weeks back and the show was dope as hell. ?uestlove recently did a DJ set at a really intimate, small venue, too but I didn't go. and 2009 looks promising for shows.
If you wanna do something, try that. Hope that helped.
Um you called me a clown and picked a fight with me over the internet. I called you bud.
You're a very confused young man.
