If you paid through PayPal with a standard payment (not a gift) you can file a dispute for not receiving your items.

If any of you are concerned and would rather just have your money back, I'd suggest filing a dispute (assuming you paid through a standard payment).

I'm hoping this chump really shipped out. I'm pretty positive he gave no one a tracking number and if he did in fact ship with the slowest service we should receive our items by the end of this week and no later. USPS slowest service is 6-8 days.
If anyone has money tied up, I would suggest them to be aware of the deadline before they cannot file a claim and file one if they haven't received their items by then.
As for the rest of us who only traded items, we should look into filing a claim for fraud against this guys address if we don't receive our stuff. I believe that if enough people have similiar complaints on the same address, it should raise a flag.

6-8 is only in the 48 states. Parcel post is the shipping method he chose and packages travel by truck and ocean. He is in Hawaii so those of you who did a straight trade will have to wait up to 2-3 weeks to see a package.

Because I can bet that I'm the worst off in this situation right now. He has the most of my stuff so I'm trying to stay updated as much as possible. And why would it matter if I was connected to him somehow? He already has everyone's shit so it can't really get much worse.

I don't get what you're trying to do vafins. Take a look at it this way instead of creating more drama.

We are all waiting for our shit. So noteworthy said he shipped out last week in the slowest method possible. Which would be Parcel Post and Hawaii's postal service takes 2-3 weeks for parcel post. Wouldn't it make sense to keep a method of communication with noteworthy while we wait?

What benefit does noteworthy get by me updating other people on what's going on? He already said he didn't give a shit if you banned him. I get like a 2 word reply from his like every 3 days. It's not like we are chatting on a daily basis.

As soon as the first person gets their shit, the mods will probably take some action.

Well, if you guys haven't filed your disputes with PayPal I think you better. First Class mail through USPS takes 2-7 days from Hawaii, so I have to believe that even standard shipping through USPS would've been at your doorstep within 14 days.
