I sent him a payment over 2 weeks ago for a L Supreme jersey from '10 in his listing under Apparel and when I pmed him about the status of shipping, he would never clearly give me an answer. He said he would refund the money if it didnt arrive by today after Thanksgiving but it didnt arrive and its been way past the duration of a week and a half as he stated. I tried to pm him earlier today but the dipshit had deleted his account. DONT DEAL WITH HIM.

Please help me guys, can I file a claim?

He lied saying he transferred for school recently to Brazil but I tracked the tagged photo and it was taken in Los Angeles.

Well judging by his screen name "skatesupreme909" im pretty sure he's in the 909 area, which is where im from. file a claim on paypal and get your money back.

If you sent him a payment on PayPal then file a dispute and get your money back. If you sent the money as a gift or as a friends and family transfer, you lose buyer protection, and they won't do anything for you. If it was just a standard PayPal payment, all you have to do is file a claim and let them handle it.
