Buyer has sent $20 USD no tracking (the other option is $25 with tracking) for an illest lanyard that I have up on listings.

After 1-2 weeks of getting the parcel shipped out from Canada to the United States, the buyer
then claimed that he didn't received the item and saying that I have sent it to the wrong address. I have confirmed with the buyer before hand on which address to use since the one he provided me on PM didn't match the address that was on his PayPal account.

He then filed a paypal dispute saying I scammed him.

I will refund the $20 if worst comes to worst

Proof that it has been delivered

I don't get it, if you didn't pay for tracking what is screenshot #1?? I'm a bit confused, i'm also receiving something from Canada soon, but i didn't pay for tracking

The buyer didn't pay for tracking so I didn't give it to him. But obviously I still buy with tracking for reference.
First picture is an email confirmation that the parcel has been successfully delivered .

From Canada to US it takes 6-10 business days from when it was shipped out. Eg. if it was sent on a Monday you would received it the following Tuesday, unless the sender used express

Thats why you pay the extra 2$ for signature req by buyer. Then your ass is covered at all times.

Update:
Case close. With all the proof/evidence I have provided, Paypal didn't ask me to refund money. The reversal has been declined and they made the buyer pay back the $20.

Paypal knows what they're doing, they wont refund my money if they know that I'm lying. 2 things, I sent you my REAL address over 3 times and also THERE IS NO 15501 ROLLING RIDGE DRIVE, CHINO HILLS CALIFORNIA, 95479, IT DOESN'T EXIST LOOK IT UP ON GOOGLE MAPS YOURSELF. Besides they will return the item to you "IF" you really sent it in the wrong address!

And if you're dumb enough, Paypal will give you a CONFIRMED address. unless you didn't know that?

Not all buyers are Confirmed through Paypal. I've dealt with a lot of Canadian/America buyers who aren't Paypal confirmed but you don't see them tripping out and calling me out on the forums now do you?
