Buyer has sent $20 USD no tracking (the other option is $25 with tracking) for an illest lanyard that I have up on listings.
After 1-2 weeks of getting the parcel shipped out from Canada to the United States, the buyer
then claimed that he didn't received the item and saying that I have sent it to the wrong address. I have confirmed with the buyer before hand on which address to use since the one he provided me on PM didn't match the address that was on his PayPal account.
He then filed a paypal dispute saying I scammed him.
I will refund the $20 if worst comes to worst
