You guys shouldn't have deleted your posts, that was a bad idea. Get your refund first, then ask me to close this thread. Don't delete all of the posts that proved there was a scam going on just because the guy told you he'd refund the money if you did that.

Just to be clear with everyone involved since I'm getting PM's about it, I am not going to delete this thread in hopes that you guys get your money back. This guy scammed 3 of you by selling you each the same sweatshirt and taking his payment as a gift on PayPal. Now he told one of you that he'd refund the money if this thread gets deleted. I am not going to delete proof of a scam in the hopes that a confirmed scammer refunds your money.

He still has the ability to PM everyone, but he ignored my PM and sent nonsense to one of you. He also has the ability to see this thread, so he knows what I expect him to do. If he refunds your money, then I will state that the situation has been resolved and close this thread (not delete it). Until that time, this thread stays up because the guy scammed 3 members. Again, I'm not going to delete proof of that in the hopes that he'll refund your money. Sorry if that bothers you, but that's how I'm going to handle this. It protects everyone involved and anyone else who might've thought about dealing with him.

It could be restored, but I'm not going to delete it. The guy was dishonest from the start, now all the sudden we're supposed to trust him to refund the money if the thread about him gets deleted? If he was honest he wouldn't have done it, and if he wanted to make things right he'd refund your money without asking that the thread about him be deleted first. I have no interest in removing proof of his scam, even if we do have the ability to restore the thread.

He wanted you guys to have me delete this thread and he wants me to get rid of his account so there's nothing to reference. Sorry you guy had to deal with someone like this, hopefully you can find a way to get your money back.

Buy/sell requirements need to be higher flat out. Plus there's no reason anyone who is buying/selling should still question if gift is even an option. These niggas are stealing your money and you're letting them. Niggas don't read stickies.

A month and 50 posts is too low. It should be at least 3 months with like 10 posts per month at least.

It sucks to see my HB fam get fucked over but niggas need to be more intelligent when handing money to random people.
