you're limits 25k? i'd highly recommend a used mercedes. a c-class would be a great first car. not too fast, really reliable, comes in a coupe, and a much nicer interior than a civic. maintenance is a lot more expensive for mercedes, but they don't break down too often anyway. i also think that german cars drive much nicer than any japanese car that I've driven. I've got an 11 year old mercedes that hasn't even broken down once *knock on wood* and I prefer driving it over my parents new lexus and acura.

Help me choose my first car
hey guys, I've been thinking about buying a new car for a while now but i don't know what to get.

My budget is 10 grand right now maybe a bit more if I need to. I have no idea about cars but the ones that have made me very interested to get in this forum is The Subaru wrx ( i think thats the name of it lol) and the Infiniti's look really nice to (don't know model names cause i suck at the car game). I don't even know if I can get these cars for the price i want LOL

I just need it to be available to get in Canada and it has to be standard since thats all i know how to drive since I suck. I will be driving this a lot so its gotta be good I guess.

Also, if you have any websites that would help me learn the basics about car shit that would help me a lot.

dc2s are nice
they last forever.
one downside, it is the most stolen auto in america.
i would consider garaging the car when not in use to prevent theft.
you can find some older ludes 97ish. they run about that much
