Chassis codes. e70 appears to be a BMW X5, so you may have the wrong number following the 'e'. An e46 is a wagon, AE86 is a Corolla, specifically the Levin/Trueno with the 1.6, AE is the prefix for most(allCorollas. S13 is a Silvia, there are several cars with this chassis, ie. 240sx, Sileighty, 180sx, 200sx, etc..
I'd agree with the Civic suggestions. Personally I like the 90s EF9 shape. You can drop in a B16B or K20A motor when you're ready to start tuning. Simple, yet effective and it will provide all the power you need for the streets.

Get a 92-95 civic or 94+ Integra. Parts are every where and are really cheap. Your insurance will also be cheap as hell. I have a 97 integra ls and my insurance is something like 60/month and has been like that for a while. I'm also a little older and only have 2 speeding tickets. I have other ones but they're minor.i would not reccomend honda/accura for shit unless its 2004+. first car was a 98 civic, unlimited transmission issues, on top of being pulled over constanly cuz the car would SOUND like im speeding or racing when i wasnt... plus maybe where u live insurance is cheap for hondas/acuras but in some places like nyc their the most commonly stolen car cuz u can fucking start it with a screwdriver ( belive me ) so insurance was crazy on dat bitchi paid around $7,000 for my first year insurance and i was 18 at the time. i would cop any other jap car maker besides honda
And you're going to want to invest in some tools also. I would highly recommend getting a DMM/ volt meter to diag. the electrical system. with out it, it's kinda hard to diag. any electrical problems
